Easterlies are Large body of Air mass originating from the Subtropical High (Horse Latitude), moving and bending westward towards the equator in both hemisphere.

Originates from the horse latitude
Around 30 degrees North and South
Moving towards the equator
A zone of low pressure

Called Easterlies because of their movement
Always curving and bending westward
Curving due to Coriolis force
A force caused by earth’s rotation
